6. Payments & Invoicing

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Once a project has begun, payments are non-refundable unless stated in a formal agreement or under exceptional circumstances approved by management.

7. Service Delivery & Revisions

Timelines for design, consultation, or contractual services will be shared upon onboarding.

• Minor revisions are included as per the service plan.

• Major changes outside agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

• Delays due to lack of client input or approval are not the responsibility of TheVatiConsults.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• All final deliverables (e.g. book covers, formatted interiors, reports) become the property of the client.

• Drafts, templates, and demo designs remain the intellectual property of TheVatiConsults.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

9. Limitation of Liability

TheVati Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or site. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the disputed service.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
